 We have honoured our commitment in bringing you the best quality handcrafted jewellery by our skilled craftsmen. As we pass on the custody of this much loved creation to you, we ask you to kindly care for it the same. 

Here is how you can look after the product;

  • After each use, please wipe the item gently with a clean soft cloth ( to remove any sweat, dust etc) and store away in the pouch

  • When not in use always keep the item in the pouch/box

  • Do not spray any perfume or apply any cream after you put on the jewellery as the chemicals in such products can cause the metal to tarnish

  • Remove all jewellery before you shower. Although water cause no harm to silver, the chemicals in water such as chlorine and salt as well the products used in the shower can tarnish the metal

  • Salt in the sea breeze can cause the metal to tarnish. Therefore, if you are living in a coastal area or travelling to, protect your jewellery by storing them in the pouch

  • Keep your jewellery away from strong chemicals such as bleach

  • Sterling Silver just as any other precious metal can oxidize over time. The secret for preserving that beautiful shine is to have them polished regularly

All AADNA products are sold with a six month warranty from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING

Local shipping will take 7-10 days to manufacture and deliver.
International shipping will take 3-4 weeks to manufacture and deliver.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer an exchange option for unworn, unused, undamaged items with the original invoice (and the gift box and/or pouch) within 5 days of purchase. The amount of LKR 2000 will be deducted from the exchange value if the gift box and/or pouch are missing/damaged.

We do not offer exchanges on sale items and promotional items. 

Due to hygiene regulations items such as earrings, nose rings will also be excluded from exchange.

We do not refund the shipping cost. Kindly email us at info@aadna.store before you post the return item for easy tracking and include the original invoice in the parcel. You must also return the gift box/pouch your item was sent with. All goods returned for exchange should be sent to our head office in Battaramulla.

In the event of manufacturing fault or damage, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. Kindly, let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing us at info@aadna.store we shall exchange on your return shipping. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
