Pre order policy
No need to be disheartened! You can customize and pre-order from us, even if the item is sold out on our page.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once the pre-order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee immediate shipment. It acknowledges that we've received your pre-order.
Once you confirm your order, one of our team members will reach out to you to finalize the design and delivery date, among other details.
Payment: Pre-orders require full payment at the time of the order.
Delivery Dates: Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing or shipping issues.
Shipping: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you ordered other in-stock items along with pre-ordered products, your order will be shipped in one shipment when the pre-ordered items are ready.
On average we take 10-14 days to manufacture and deliver.
Change of Address: If you need to change the shipping address for your pre-order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but we cannot guarantee them if the order has already shipped.
Product Changes: Product specifications, designs, and colors may be subject to minor changes or improvements before the final release. You will receive the most up-to-date version of the product when it's shipped.
Cancellations and Refunds: Certainly! You have the flexibility to cancel your pre-order within the initial twenty-four (24) hours after placing the order. We're unable to process cancellations beyond this time frame. We appreciate your understanding!
Communication: We will keep you informed about the status of your pre-order via email and whatsapp. Please make sure your contact information is up to date.
