Every AADNA piece is carefully handcrafted, and we stand by the quality of what we create. For this reason, we offer a 6 month period from the date of purchase for any concerns related to craftsmanship or material integrity.

Over time, natural signs of wear such as fine scratches, slight bends, or general ageing - are expected and are not considered faults. This also applies to any damage caused by improper handling, storage, or alterations carried out outside of AADNA.

Pieces purchased through third-party retailers fall outside of our direct coverage. In such cases, we recommend reaching out to the place of purchase for support.
